Does puberty change your nose shape, or will I have to get surgery?

I notice this right before I turned 15 that my noise was crooked. I know it was never like this but is it because of puberty and if so will it straighten out naturally or will I have to get surgery to?

Nose growth does occur with puberty, and this is likely what you are experiencing. It is unlikely that what you are seeing now will straighten out. A consultation with an experienced rhinoplastic surgeon is appropriate.

Puberty and growth can cause changes, that is why rhinoplasty is often delayed in women until about 15 or 16 and men until they are 17 or 18.
