I had concerns with an uneven, bulbous nose. The "butt" or dimple in the front made me incredibly self conscious when taking photos or any type of sunlight would hit the side of my face. My profile, or a hump wasn't really the issue. Dr Gaynor exceeded all of my expectations and understood exactly what I wanted/needed. He checked on me and called me after surgery to make sure I was doing ok. Healing time was super quick, and I could breathe out of my nose the entire time. Was hardly painful. My result is very natural and suits my face SO much better. I couldn't be happier!! Should've done this a long time ago!

The entire staff in the office and surgery center were amazing. They were so kind, informative and made me feel comfortable in a not so comfortable situation. After a year I am very satisfied with my results. I’m happy with my nose shape and the improvement with my side profile. Surgery was fast and recovery went well, it just takes patience to see full results. Would absolutely recommend!

I had never had any cosmetic surgery before, and I was really nervous to have someone work on my face. I was afraid the issue might be made worse or that I would look overdone. However, I really wish I would have called Dr. Gayners office sooner. Everyone is so nice, and Dr.Gayner is fantastic. He is careful to not overdo it and very precise in his application. I had major under eye bags and forehead lines. After some under eye filler and Botox, I feel considerably better about my appearance. I would definitely recommend Dr. Gayner.
