What can I put on my boob to stop puss and bleeding? Also, what to cover it with so it will not stick to bra? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and photos.  You have an open wound which can easily bleed and have puss-like fluid exude from it.  It does not appear infected although a topical anti-bacterial cream will help the healing.  I usually use Silvadene 1% in these cases which will help the healing process.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

I would recommend either applying what is known as telfa. Telfa is a non stick gauze that can be found at any medical supplies store. The gauze has a non stick layer that prevents it from adhering. If the area opens I would recommend starting to apply a wet to dry dressing to the area. The dressing is basically saline moistened, sterile gauze applied over the area and a few dry gauze over the wet gauze. The gauze should be damp, but not soaked with saline.
