Shortening midface/nose length. (photos)

Question

I have midface proportion like a S. J. Parker or Liv Tyler. I really need to change it. Is it possible to shorten my nose like in photo (wings shorten by 5mm and septum shorten by 2mm)? Nose in picture is my nose.

Your "wish" images would require moving your ala superiorly and this would create obvious, permanent scars.  I have not heard of this being done, so this should make you reconsider this.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is certainly possible to shorten a nose with rhinoplasty.  It is difficult to fully evaluate your nose based on these pictures. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You are showing that the alae, after photoshopping, are inserting at a higher level.I know of no way that this can be done, without objectionable scars, at the location where the alae were originally attached to the face.
