Shortening midface/nose length. (photos)

I have midface proportion like a S. J. Parker or Liv Tyler. I really need to change it. Is it possible to shorten my nose like in photo (wings shorten by 5mm and septum shorten by 2mm)? Nose in picture is my nose.
