I basically have a uniboob (there's about 2cm or so of fat/space/skin before i hit my sternum) and weigh 140 lbs (5'8") so i don't think weight loss will solve anything. Can this even be fixed? If so, how expensive would it be?

Answer: Fixing a natural uniboob? Liposuction is an option, but you have a very normal and natural breast shape by the photos. It is always best to have a consultation in person. You may find that most would counsel you to leave well enough alone. Best of luck.

Answer: Fixing a natural uniboob? Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Typical options to improve upon this congenital synmastia involves either liposuction of the tissues overlying the breastbone or careful placement of implants. You have attractive appearing breasts so unless your concerns are significant I would counsel you that less is more. Hope this helps.
