I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad migraine before your surgery. Unfortunately, this medication may increase your risk of bleeding. For this reason, please let your surgeon know so they can determine whether it is safe to proceed with surgery.
It is always best to avoid products like Naproxen especially so close to surgery. You are at a higher risk for bleeding during surgery. My recommendation would be to contact your surgeon and be honest with he/she. They will have to make the decision to go forward with your surgery.Having migraines are never fun and at that time I understand the severity and just trying to get it under control. Best of luck !
Hello,Thank you for your question. Please contact your Plastic Surgeon so that they can advise you about proceeding. All the best
Thank you for your question. My advice is to avoid all NSAIDs and asprin products for two weeks prior to surgery in order to reduce bleeding tendency. Best to discuss all medications with your plastic surgeon. Good luck.
Thank you for the question. Please contact your surgeon and let him/her advise you on how to proceed. Good Luck
In my practice, I recommend not taking Naproxen and other anti-inflammatories for at least a week before breast augmentation surgery. This is to minimize the chance of bleeding during surgery. For migraines during this period, I recommend Celebrex (if you are not allergic to Sulfa) and/or Tylenol. It's best to check with your surgeon for his or her advice for you specifically. Best of luck. For more information on this and similar topics, I recommend a plastic surgery Q&A book like "The Scoop On Breasts: A Plastic Surgeon Busts the Myths."
I like to stop all NSAIDS two weeks prior to surgery Tylenol is ok. Please talk to your surgeon and let him know what you are taking
Blood thinners in the time before surgery can be risky. You need to check in with your surgeon and see if he or she thinks it is ok to proceed. Please don't hide this from your surgeon and be sure to contact that person right away!

Hello,Thank you for your question. Breast firmness at 3 weeks is quite normal. It will take between 2-6 months for the breasts to fully drop and fluff. They typically feel soft and natural a few months out. Try to hold off evaluating your results until closer to 6 months post op.All the best
Sorry to read that you are experiencing concerns after your surgery. Its important to note that you are still in the relatively early stages of your post operative recovery and its important to be patient. Creaking noises and strange sensations are usually all normal. Its essential to ease ge...
