Probably too superficially injected.  I'm not familiar with the filler you received, but it should either improve with daily massage or have it injected with hyaluronidase if it is a hyaluronic acid filler.  All reputable locations injecting fillers should have the enzyme.  If they don't then that is a warning sign.  Best regards.

Thankyou for your question. In my experience looking at the photo you will find the lump will not disappear.  It looks like the filler has been placed a little too superficial in these spots and will need to be dissolved.  You can attempt massaging then for the next week but if still present then it need to be dissolved.Good luck.

You can most certainly continue to massage your lips for the next week or so and if there's Improvement, greati. If on the other hand the area and the bump does not go away, you can have your injector place a small amount of hyaluronidase to dissolve it. Good luck from New York City

It does look like the filler has been injected too superficially giving this white lump appearance. Twice a day, after a warm compress has been applied at the area, you may squeeze the lump firmly between your thumb and index for a minute or two, then gently roll left to right. This should help at softening the lump. After 1-2 weeks If the lump has not soften, hyaluronidase can be used to dissolve the filler. All the best, Dr Michon
