Chin with a lot of fat after jaw surgery, am I a good candidate for chin liposuction?

I had a very broad and lean chin when I was younger. I had jaw surgery a couple months ago and ended up getting a chin with a lot of fat. I want to somehow remove this fat. Is this possible through chin liposuction or maybe a genioplasty? My chin is also very numb and I cannot feel anything

Great job capturing the profile on these photos. You have an excellent chin and very little fat below the jawline, so liposuction isn’t a good choice for you. I wouldn’t do anything here, your chin looks great

It doesn’t appear you have an abnormal amount of fat on your chin. Your fat layer seems normal and appropriate and I suggest not having further surgery.
Sometimes accepting the way your face is it’s a much better way to go to try to manipulate every aspect, especially when there isn’t a clearly defined problem.
