As above, I would like to acheive a slight positive canthal tilt and would like to know what uk surgeons do this and how i go about booking this? I dont want a temporary fix I would like a permanent solution. I need this so i need solutions. Thanks

Thank you for your question. Since the allergy only happened once and it was only a week ago I would wait to see if the wrinkles go away. In my expereince permanent wrinkles from allergies develop over years of chronic attacks.
I had the same problem with 3 chalzions and opted for surgical excision. They completely resolved and have not returned. I think this is the best option
