I am lost for words when it comes to explaining my gratitude for Richard. The work he creates is second to none. Not only is my neck and back pain now non existent, I know have boobs I want to show to everyone! Thank you again Richard for what you have done for me, you have changed my life.

From my first consultation several years ago with Dr Zinn until today at 6 weeks post op, Richard has been absolutely wonderful. He listened and responded to every one of my concerns and questions. I wanted to go as small as possible (Breast Reduction) for my frame and he nailed it. I went from a large, sagging F cup to a lovely natural small C. My Abdominoplasty is perfect. The incisions were precise and clean. His patience and dedication and bedside manner is caring, gentle and professional. I also have to give a shout out to his team. Updated on 30 Jul 2025: After photo taken today at 6 weeks post op. I am 45 years old. I weigh 65kg and I am 163cm tall. Before picture shows my full heavy breasts. Back pain, knots in my shoulder blades, sweating and rashes underneath.

I chose Dr Zinn for a breast reduction and muscle repair at 37 after two pregnancies and I am beyond happy with the results. I definitely recommend Richard, he is kind and caring and a perfectionist, which is exactly who you want as your plastic surgeon. Dr Richard Zinn did a better job then I could have ever imagined. From the first consult to the post ops, every encounter has been wonderful. Amazing bedside manner that I feel very comfortable with. Dr Zinn gave me results I could have only wished for, I was happy to just have the bulk of excess skin removed but he gave me an amazing shape that I can’t stop looking at. My breasts where a saggy F to a beautiful perky C/D (probly c once swellling done) and I can safely say he got the size and shape bloody perfect. I’ve recommend him to anybody and everybody I’ve passed in the last 11 days- Will be forever thankful for his work and choosing him to do this. Oh & my belly button is so cute

Dr Zinn is a fantastic surgeon, and a great listener. Getting reconstructive surgery requires vulnerability, and my vulnerability was met with support and understanding, he is really such a professional and caring practitioner. HIghly recommend him, especially for women in my situation who may have initially felt scared and uncomfortable in their journey, my doubts and fears were gone within minutes of my first consultation with Dr Zinn.

I'm 2.5 months Post Op after getting my surgery done in October 2023. I'm very pleased with my results. I chose Dr Zinn after seeing some impressive before & after pics, and now here are mine. I was not disappointed. The cost was also more affordable than many of the other top surgeons, which was one less thing to worry about. All up, I paid approx $11,700 (after medicare rebates). I went from about a 12E to a 12B/C. Almost 1 kg taken off in total, getting me to the size I had asked for. Really happy with the shape of them at the 2.5 month mark. And the fees were more affordable than a lot of the other highly regarded surgeons, which was a great relief. Dr Zinn has a very pleasant, polite and humble disposition, & ensured I knew the risks, and that my expectations were managed. I had to take one strong pain killer on the first night, but for the rest of the recovery I was able to get by on paracetamol. The anaesthetist (Crystelle Botha) who is one of the ones he uses was also really nice and put me at ease before going under, which I had the most apprehension about. Nipple sensation is a little bit more on the left, and no feeling on the right, so time will tell if I get it back, but both still look and behave normally. Really pleased with the results, in terms of shape, size, nipple appearance, and scar healing. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I have been thoroughly impressed with the service offered by Richard Zinn. Not only is he professional and provides above and beyond service, but he takes the time with the patient to explain each step and makes the patient feel very comfortable, and he follows up and he generally cares.
