I chose Dr Zinn for a breast reduction and muscle repair at 37 after two pregnancies and I am beyond happy with the results. I definitely recommend Richard, he is kind and caring and a perfectionist, which is exactly who you want as your plastic surgeon. Richard took the time to walk me through everything when I had questions and was so lovely on the day of the surgery and has been so helpful in the recovery process. I am extremely happy and the results are better than I anticipated
Dr Richard Zinn did a better job then I could have ever imagined. From the first consult to the post ops, every encounter has been wonderful. Amazing bedside manner that I feel very comfortable with. Dr Zinn gave me results I could have only wished for, I was happy to just have the bulk of excess skin removed but he gave me an amazing shape that I can’t stop looking at. My breasts where a saggy F to a beautiful perky C/D (probly c once swellling done) and I can safely say he got the size and shape bloody perfect. I’ve recommend him to anybody and everybody I’ve passed in the last 11 days- Will be forever thankful for his work and choosing him to do this. Oh & my belly button is so cute
I highly recommend Richard Zinn to anyone interested in cosmetic surgery. Richard is exceptionally skilled and takes his time with every patient. After extensive research, I chose Richard and am thrilled with my decision. My surgery was quite complicated, and he made the right decisions every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful and hope many others can benefit from Richard's expertise and talent.
I highly recommend Richard Zinn. His bedside manner and quality of work is absolutely flawless. I can’t fault his work and the level of care he provided me. I’ll forever be thankful to him and the way he has changed my life for the better.
Dr Zinn is a fantastic surgeon, and a great listener. Getting reconstructive surgery requires vulnerability, and my vulnerability was met with support and understanding, he is really such a professional and caring practitioner. HIghly recommend him, especially for women in my situation who may have initially felt scared and uncomfortable in their journey, my doubts and fears were gone within minutes of my first consultation with Dr Zinn.
Richard is a magician. I've never seen such amazing, perfect results. I am so pleased with what he was able to achieve. There is not a single thing that needs revision on, I look exactly how I dreamed.
I'm 2.5 months Post Op after getting my surgery done in October 2023. I'm very pleased with my results. I chose Dr Zinn after seeing some impressive before & after pics, and now here are mine. I was not disappointed. The cost was also more affordable than many of the other top surgeons, which was one less thing to worry about. All up, I paid approx $11,700 (after medicare rebates). I went from about a 12E to a 12B/C. Almost 1 kg taken off in total, getting me to the size I had asked for. Really happy with the shape of them at the 2.5 month mark. And the fees were more affordable than a lot of the other highly regarded surgeons, which was a great relief. Dr Zinn has a very pleasant, polite and humble disposition, & ensured I knew the risks, and that my expectations were managed. I had to take one strong pain killer on the first night, but for the rest of the recovery I was able to get by on paracetamol. The anaesthetist (Crystelle Botha) who is one of the ones he uses was also really nice and put me at ease before going under, which I had the most apprehension about. Nipple sensation is a little bit more on the left, and no feeling on the right, so time will tell if I get it back, but both still look and behave normally. Really pleased with the results, in terms of shape, size, nipple appearance, and scar healing. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
I have been thoroughly impressed with the service offered by Richard Zinn. Not only is he professional and provides above and beyond service, but he takes the time with the patient to explain each step and makes the patient feel very comfortable, and he follows up and he generally cares. Thank you for everything Richard and I highly recommend Richard to all my friends, family and colleagues!

Fantastic experience with Richard. I am extremely happy with my end result. Richard was always positive in discussions with me and as such I felt confident in his ability and was always made to feel comfortable and well informed.
Thanks for the enquiry. I would recommend doing minimal internal cleaning and removing of crusts. They will come away with time. I would warn against excessive internal manipulation where you cannot see as you may interfere with sutures, cartilage graft and the septum. After the surgery, sensation may be reduced so if it does not hurt, it does not mean it is ok. My advice is to follow your surgeons recommendations closely. Use saline nasal spray and topical antibiotic ointment such as chlorsig or bactroban gently to the suture line with a Q-tip. With time, crust and blood will resolve and your nose will heal nicely. All the best
I would wait 2 months before doing a chemical peel or laser after rhinoplasty. At this stage, resurfacing will really not have a negative impact on your result or swelling. Make sure you do not expose your incision site to any laser or chemical peel as this will likely interfere with your scar healing in this area. Aslo, confirm that your surgeon is happy with this as he should really be informed of this if you decide to go ahead.
Thanks for the question. It is an interesting one. Firstly, you need to consider what a stretch mark is. When the tissue is stretched, your dermis can rupture bringing about stretch marks. There is no cure for this problem although there is much investigations into treatments. A tissue expander would be employed to stretch the skin, and in itself may bring about more stretch marks. In any event, this would need a number of operations, a high complication rate and an area that does not have great outcomes with tissue expansion. Unfortunately, I don't think this is a viable option. A tummy tuck usually gets most of the marks out. You can try a redo tummy tuck to see if you can get more stretch marks out. Chat to your qualified plastic surgeon to get his opinion. All the best
Wound breakdown after a tummy tuck is not uncommon. Thankfully the images attached suggest a small breakdown. The wound looks mildy necrotic and would benefit from a different range of dressings. I would suggest reviewing with your surgeon who would be eager to manage this problem before it gets worse. It is also something your GP may be happy to dress if he has an interest in wound care.
Firmness and tenderness can last a couple of months after liposuction surgery. Ensure you massage and wear compression. If the problem persists, see your plastic surgeon at 3 months for a review. The issues should have settled by 3 months. All the best.
