Possible to eliminate weird shadow formed by under-lip fat pockets? (photos)

Hello, thank you for your question. These shadows can be caused by multiple factors, but it seems you may benefit from lateral chin and mental crease filler. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Unfortunately there is no direct treatment but you can camouflage some of the shadowing by careful placement of dermal filler around the lumps.  Important to not overfill but you should see improvement.  Hope this helps.

The areas of concern that you have pointed out can definately be lessened by using filler to your lower face.  Projecting your chin, filling the submental crease and enhancing your jawline would help to smooth out those areas and reduce the shadowing.

Hey there thanks for the question! Fillers would definitely help to change the light reflex on your chin they would work by slightly elongating your chin and adding volume to the mental crease area. Hope that helps - good luck
