Possible to eliminate weird shadow formed by under-lip fat pockets? (photos)

Hello and thank you for your question.  With the help of fillers you can minimize the shadow cast by these protruding pockets just under your lower lip.  Fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, or Radiesse can be injected just under these pockets and in the mental crease of your chin to create a smoother transition from your lower lip to your chin.  Be sure to seek an experienced injector who specializes in facial aesthetics for best results. Hello, thank you for your question. These shadows can be caused by multiple factors, but it seems you may benefit from lateral chin and mental crease filler. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Unfortunately there is no direct treatment but you can camouflage some of the shadowing by careful placement of dermal filler around the lumps.  Important to not overfill but you should see improvement.  Hope this helps.
