I have weird skin/fat pockets under the edges of my mouth, and I’m really dissatisfied with the shadows they cast, which become very noticeable if there’s light casting from above my face. I feel like the shadows exacerbate the pouty, somewhat surly neutral position of my mouth, which I don’t like. Are there any procedures that could reduce or eliminate the appearance of these fat pockets?
