Thank you for sharing your excellent question and photographs.  Although changing or altering your lip color is not possible, it appears you can approximate your goal image fullness but this depends on an -person examination of your tissues to know. 

I would highly recommend getting a formal evaluation with and treatment from a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and expert in facial sculpting. Technique is the key to a successful lip augmentation with fillers, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. Hey there thanks for the question! Colour change in lips with anything but tattooing isn't possible - please bear in mind the model will have make up and lipstick on and will not reflect a normal coloured lip either. Lip shape is much more easy to change with filler but do go to an experienced injector for this.
