Backstory for context: I had my first set of implants put in in 2018 then removed in 2021 and was left with zero breast tissue. Fast forward to October of 2025 where I got my second set of implants but needed galaflex mesh to hold the new implants in place. Long story short, there was a mixup (not on my end) and I did not get the profile implants that I originally wanted. I am extremely unhappy with how I look now, they look like baseballs on my chest. I was very clear I wanted natural looking and a wider base and little projection. I ended up with the Mentor BOOST moderate HIGH implants. here’s my 2 part question: I am only 3 weeks post op but my wedding dress fitting is 7 months away so I don’t have the time to wait the 6 month period to see how they settle. Am I able to get a revision sooner, especially because this is not the implants discussed with my surgeon? Does the galaflex make that more difficult? Part 2 to my question if the answer is that I have to wait: I wanted a natural-ish slope like when I had the regular round mentor implants. Will the BOOST always look like a ball because it retains its shape? I feel so screwed with them being that type of implants on top of having a moderate High profile and I feel no type of waiting period will ever make them look natural. I am genuinely depressed by how messed up things got and with my wedding less than a year away, getting a revision is all I think about
