Am I a candidate for j plasma alone or j plasma with lipo? I prefer a minimally invasive option. I am 41. 5’3”. 116lbs. I eat healthy and exercise daily.

Based off your photos - your upper abdomen has some skin laxity but nothing too extravagant that warrants trading a surgical scar for (reverse tummy tuck). J plasma usually needs liposuction together to properly do the procedure as well as adding another source of skin tightening - ie. endolaser or external RFA like morpheus. Try doing more core exercises as well to help strengthen the core - which indirectly tightens skin. Get a few different opinions and see which one you feel will suit you best. Otherwise be ok with that skin laxity as doing something invasive might not always give you the right gain.

Yes you are a candidate for J-Plasma. However, the amount of skin contraction is directly correlated to the amount of collagen you currently have, and we all lose collagen as we age, starting around age 30. Everyone has a different result with J-Plasma and it is difficult to say exactly how much skin contraction you will get. If J-Plasma alone does not give you the result you want, a good alternative since you only have skin excess above the umbilicus (belly button) is to do a "reverse abdominoplasty" where an incision is used under each breast to remove a crescent of skin/fat and tighten the upper abdomen.
