Try doing more core exercises as well to help strengthen the core - which indirectly tightens skin. Get a few different opinions and see which one you feel will suit you best. You certainly don't have enough loose skin to warrant any type of skin excision, so typically in these situations devices like Renuvion or Bodytite are great options. It will take several months to notice the full effect of the skin tightening though.

Yes you are a candidate for J-Plasma. However, the amount of skin contraction is directly correlated to the amount of collagen you currently have, and we all lose collagen as we age, starting around age 30. Everyone has a different result with J-Plasma and it is difficult to say exactly how much skin contraction you will get. If J-Plasma alone does not give you the result you want, a good alternative since you only have skin excess above the umbilicus (belly button) is to do a "reverse abdominoplasty" where an incision is used under each breast to remove a crescent of skin/fat and tighten the upper abdomen.
