Hi I am not sure what I need for my revision. I have a weak chin so I had a surgery to make my nose smaller. Now I feel it is too small. I don't know if making it bigger is better. What do you think I need to improve my appearance. The left picture is my natural nose and the right is my current nose.

Thank you for the photos and your question. Yes, revision rhinoplasty can help with these issues. Your tip cartilages appear a bit asymmetric and the tip of the nose is slightly overprojected. Please meet with a few surgeons before deciding on the best course of action for you.
A small amount of bleeding and oozing is to be expected after a rhinoplasty and may last a day or two. However, if you are having constant dripping or bright red blood, I recommend you contact your surgeon immediately or go to the Emergency room.
