What do I need for my revision?

I feel that in many ways you have a very nice result to your nose.  However, if you are truly unhappy with your nose, you may be more satisfied if a minor residual hump reduction is performed so that leaves your dorsum more uniform and full, not with a slope as this is not appropriate in male rhinoplasty.  You also have a little alar notching that has resulted in a bit of columella show.  Alar rim grafts can be place to help with this.  A front view of your nose would be helpful.  Any changes you are seeking are minor and as in all surgical procedures, thought I suspect that everything will go fabulously with your surgery, there is the chance that any revision surgery can lead to a worse outcome than the nose you currently have. 

I agree with Dr Greenwald, the result is good and would not revise it.You did not say when the surgery was done, wait a long time before doing anything.

A revision rhinoplasty can address shaving down the dorsal hump which is composed of both bone and cartilage .Osteotomies of the nasal bones will then be required to make the nose narrower. Columellar show can also be reduced with a columellar-plasty. Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes, are inserted through a sub mental approach and can be performed as a stand-alone procedure or  in combination with the rhinoplasty procedure. Chin implants are used when patient's have a recessive chin profile. The combination of a rhinoplasty to de- project the nose and a chin implant add projection to the mandible will help significantly with facial balance and proportions.
