I am looking to get a revision rhinoplasty as I feel like the cartilage implant where my nose begins has shifted a bit to the left and also cause I am not happy with my profile. Based on the pictures, what would be the best way to achieve a more balanced profile. I am happy with the height of my bridge but from the side I feel like the tip is not defined at all.

In general I have my anesthesiologist present during nasal surgery so the pt is comfortable regardless of the level of anesthesia necessary. Having said that , over the last 35 years I've done many nasal procedures such as a tip-plasty under local anesthesia.
