Hi my wife did revision rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago one of problems was she had dent on the left side of radix,her doctor put cartilage graft but when swelling decrease I can see the dent again ,the graft is in the middle of radix and one on the lower left the doctor also release the adhesion . any chance it ll improve and disappear completly or get better? regards

I agree with many of the comments that are already posted. For your type of nose it is key to understand what your skin envelope is like. If there us still some flexibility we can augment your tip with further cartilage grafting to help define.
