Nose won't stop bleeding after second rhinoplasty. Is this normal?

I had my second rhinoplasty five-six hours ago and my nose has been bleeding profusely since I woke up and I'm a little worried because the last time (a year and half ago) my nose didn't bleed at all. Is this normal?

I agree with many of the comments that are already posted. For your type of nose it is key to understand what your skin envelope is like. If there us still some flexibility we can augment your tip with further cartilage grafting to help define.
