I think that three months should give you ample time to fully heal from the piercing. Good luck with both procedures!

Since it is so far in advance of the surgery, you should be fine.  There is always a risk of infection with the ear piercing, and if it was actively infected at the time of augmentation, it may be a little concerning.  However, it should not be an issue by the time your augmentation happens.  All the best,

Hello, in my opinion you should be fine to have your ear pieced prior to surgery. Any significant infection that could occur, should be easily detected. A non complicated ear piercing should have no significant effect on your augmentation.
