Bleph/Brow Lift - smaller eyes and hollowness. How can this be improved? (Photos)

This has been bothering me since I have had it done and chopped it up to aging. But I had a brow lift and bleph about a year ago. I knew immediately I regretted it based on the hollowness it gave- the doc since confessed a fat pad was moved and added some filler. But why does the actual eye area look so small now? I felt this aged my face instead of chasing the fountain of youth. Am I being a perfectionist and this is just aging? I had a photoshoot the other day and my eyes are barely visible. If you were to pick one procedure, it would be the lower eyelid surgery with fat transfer. However, based on your photo, combining the eyelid surgery with a suberiosteal cheeklift would give the best overall result. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.
