Lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning or endosopic mid face lift for under eye area?

I would like to know which procedure would have the best result for my under eye mid face area? Im between endoscopic mid face lift or Lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning.

Most likely that a combination of lower blepharoplasty with fat pad transposition and periorbital volume enlargement with fat grafts would be most effective way to treat your condition. Good luck.

Great question and thank you for providing the photo. 
It is a little challenging to say definitively which is better in your case with the limited view on the photo, however I can make some general comments. I think both of these options would probably provide some benefit in different ways, however I think the lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning is likely to be the most impactful based on your photo. Improving the lower eyelid and repositioning the fat will likely improve the lower eyelid bags and the tear trough deformity as well as augmenting a little bit of the upper cheek which gives a smooth eyelid cheek contour. The mid face lift is likely to help the volume/positioning of the cheek but would be unlikely to improve the lower eyelid bags which I see as a more noticeable issue.
