I want to know can I do heavy exercise in the gym after 15 days of my transplant because I was going daily in the gym Pre transplant please help

Answer: Hair Transplant Thanks for the question. After 4-6 weeks your surgery area will healed and yes you can doing yoga and also do other activities. I wish you all the best.

Answer: Going to the gym after hair transplant There is little to no downtime or recovery after the hair restoration procedure. However, strenuous activity should be avoided for about one week.

Answer: Exercise 2 weeks after hair transplant? I tell patients that they can resume all of their activities 2 weeks after the transplant. I use the Smartgraft device so that there are no incisions to heal. If you had the strip method and have a scar on the back of your scalp, you may want to still be careful 2 weeks post op.
