Wonderful experience. All the staff on the day were caring and had all worked together for over 10 years which really put me at ease. Could answer all of the questions I had in detail also the assistants explained they work for all of the clinics in the UK on a freelance basis which I liked because they will know the ins and outs of the procedure, different techniques and what makes a good a bad hair transplant. Dr Diaz was organised, managed my expectations realistically and has kept in contact since.
My results have been great and I’m managing any further loss with medication and PRP. I know if I need another hair transplant in the future I have the donor area for it as Dr Diaz didnt just sell me ridiculously huge amount of grafts for the sake of it, he took into account the future and what I will be left if I do lose more hair which was really important to me because some clinics focus on large graft numbers as a selling point without thinking about what’s left for the future like some of the horror stories I’ve seen in Turkey.

Such a relaxed atmosphere, made to feel at ease during the day. Great communication. Extremely clean clinic. Results are coming through amazingly, I made sure to follow aftercare and I’m SO HAPPY with my hair transplant!

I had my hair transplant done by Mr Diaz in October 2018. I am absolutely delighted with the results and although I do not look 21 again, I think I look unbelievably good for 84 years. The operation was quite an experience, but not nearly as traumatic as I thought it would be. Mr Diaz was very patient and understanding. His two lady assistants were also delightful and put me at ease straight away. I thoroughly recommend Mr Diaz to anyone who has a hair problem. I must also mention the extremely competitive rate for this operation. I am so pleased I went ahead with the operation and chose Mr Diaz as my surgeon, he is a true professional and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The operation has been life-changing.

My experience with dr Diaz was amazing from start to finish, and let’s not forget his team to. My only regret was not using dr Diaz and his team for my first procedure, I’m 4 1/2 months post op and upto to now my results are far greater than than my first procedure.

Thinning and receding hair line that made the forehead look too large and needed serious attention and in the hands of Dr Diaz and his surgical assistants its now lowered and full of new hair follicles and looks the business. The procedure was quite long, but comfortable. The staff where friendly and helpful and kept me updated with what was going on and why. The injections are really the only bit that hurt, but they are over in a few seconds. Recovery from FUE was easy and stayed in regular contact with the clinic and all went well and as a result the regrowth was brilliant. Very happy with the experience.

I had a thoroughly good experience with this Doctor, from the initial consultation where everything was explained to me about the Surgery and potential outcomes, I saw photos of previous patient - I even spoke with one about their experiences with the surgeon and clinic. The surgery day was as expected, some bits where better than others during an operation and I was glad when it was all over, but it wasn't bad, it was more simply a long tiring day sitting very still. In terms of regrowth, I'm over the moon and the surgery has achieved what we set out to, the overall density is nice and I can wear my hair in more styles now that I could. The hair line was drawn on an exactly where we discussed and designed in the morning, the thickness is good, but I was informed at the very beginning of just how thick it can be following surgery. I wasn't after perfection and an unrealistic result so it went very smoothly to date. I am very happy with the surgeon and his team and the clinic. Any questions I have had I called Andrew and he has been very helpful throughout the period before and after the surgery offering help, info and sometimes support for my various questions at every stage. Very affordable also and offered a very competitive price compared to other clinics I went to. I would say worth a call - but that's my opinion.

I have seen big difference in my appearance. I have noticed a huge increase in my confidence. The after care is very good. Plenty of information leading up to the surgery and after care was very organised. It worth every penny and the change looks very natural. It took my a while to grab the confidence to get ahead with surgery but when a realised how much of a positive impact it would and being aware that I'm in safe hands made it allot more easier.

Dr Diaz was the perfect professional..with an excellent manner. I was made to feel like I was in very professional hands.....and I was. very good surgeon ..i would not hesitate to recommend his services
