I will do my best to keep this review short, as I have so many good things to say !
I'll first start by saying the staff at the Livonia office have the best energy and you can tell they really enjoy their job (I guess it's easy to enjoy your job when you're making people look and feel so great).
I was VERY CLOSE to scheduling a traditional facelift. I look pretty good for my age but there are some things you cannot reverse or change with just lotions/serums/good skincare regime. To sum it up, I came across Dr. Seiger and Skin & Vein Center while on Real Self and the reviews were so amazing that I could not NOT make a consultation. He has a wonderfully positive energy without feeling over the top or forced. You cannot help but feel great just BEING THERE !
My concerns were my neck ( lots of skin falling ) and my eyelids. He immediately had this look of confidence that I would love the results he would give me. And I do love the results ! He explained everything and I knew this was the right decision for me. The day of my procedure everyone was great. Dr. Seiger, Dr. Josh, Ashley and Amy were talking to me the whole time ... is it weird to say this was fun ???
The procedure took a couple hours then I went home. Done ! Went in looking "ok" and left looking great !!
I did have the slightest "worry" I might look different or like I had something "done", I wanted to look the same...just better. Thats exactly what I got !! If anyone reading this review is considering this type of procedure... just do it !

I am so grateful for Dr Seiger and everyone at the Livonia skin and vein center. Finally my confidence is where it should be. It's hard to get old! Anyway I had a turkey gobbler and jowls....
I had done the research before making my appointment so I pretty much knew I was going to sign. After speaking with Ashley, she answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. And, I was lucky because they had a cancellation and I was able to get in relatively quick.
The following week I showed up for my appointment... They were very timely. It seemed like such an easy procedure. I was only in twilight and up and ready to roll right after the mini surgery.
And, I didn't have a lot of pain. All I needed was Tylenol.
Dr Seiger was amazing!! Not only does he have a chill personality but he's a perfectionist. You can be sure that you're going to leave happy, amazed, and confident! They say it last 10 years. I'm hoping he'll be around in 10 years, because I will go back. If you are hesitating, ask the necessary questions, put your mind at ease, and do it. You will have no regrets! I promise!!

The staff has a team spirit that gets everyone working to deliver a personal treatment that addresses your individual concerns and your best interest. I believe that motivation makes them the best choice. The results always supervsucceeds my expectations. I love that they all have not only a passion for what they do but a gift. I had a neck and lower lift 6 months ago with Dr Seiger and am very happy!
For those of you (me included) concerned about scaring, call the office and see the doctor. He did a simple one minute procedure on me and no more concerns!
I’m very thankful for being able to have these procedures done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Seiger and his staff. My experience was great.

I had a mini lift with Dr Seiger. You can’t even tell that I had surgery done, I just look so much more refreshed and younger! I would highly recommend he and his staff. His assistant Kim, is awesome as well.

Fantastic experience with the office esthetician! Meeting with Surgical staff next week and based on my first experience with the office I truly think I will be very pleased. The entire office staff were wonderful.

I had a mini-lift with Dr. Seiger in October 2024 and I am very happy with the results. The entire experience with his office has been great. I am 53 ( going on 54 actually :) and was not looking to change my look per say, but just to freshen and tighten things up some in my lower face/ neck area. I wanted my results to be subtle, so natural that even close friends and family would not notice that I had "work done". I just wanted to feel better about the way my face looked when I looked in the mirror, as over the past few years I was really noticing my jowls and chin area changing , as my lower face appeared to be drooping some. I was super nervous about doing this but I have the results I wanted and am happy I chose Dr. Seiger, as he gave me just what I wanted, while making me feel comfortable with everything throughout. Not only does he do great work, but all of his staff in Sterling Heights that I have seen are fantastic as well. Special mention to Kim who is the absolute best! She is kind, caring and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in for my first consultation to the 6 week follow up. She was always very responsive to my emails when I had questions prior to the surgery and when I went in for my follow-up afterwards she was so helpful and accommodating as well. Two more things to mention before I conclude this review... I was back to work in 2 days, very minimal swelling /bruising ( barely even noticeable), and since I have had this done, I have had a ton of people tell me how great I look- they don't believe me when I tell my age. I have been told numerous times I look like my 21 year old daughter's sister, so that's amazing! :) I highly recommend Dr. Seiger and his staff!

Dr Seiger is an absolute artist I love my results from my upper lift. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. I’m so happy with my decision in going with him for my upper lift . Would recommend to anyone looking to look good and feel good. I am nearly 1 month post op and loving my results . After the loss of my only child in 08, I just gave up,on life.. I married the wrong man, was miserable, and later took care of him after his diagnosis of ALS even though he was unbearable to be around. During the pandemic of all times.
I was a mess. I suffered sever depression. I couldn’t even look in the mirror at myself. I turned into this old, saggy, person that I didn’t recognize. After lots of therapy and starting to feel like I needed to do something. Thats when I went to see Dana and Kim at The Skin and Vein center in Sterling Hgts. I had an appt with Dr. Seiger 2 weeks later. I had my neck lifted, my upper eyes, and a CO2 laser. WOW!!!! Absolute miracle. Thank You, Thank You, Dr Seiger for giving me back the confidence I had many years ago. I can look in the mirror again and smile.

Great experience, was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. The staff is very helpful and professional. The only thing that surprised me is you don't see the Dr. before your procedure and don't see him after procedure. So far I am happy with results. Only been one week.
