T-Junction wound: 2 weeks post breast reduction and tummy tuck, just had my tape removed on 1/11. (Photos)

When they removed the tape from my right breast there was a small opening at he t junction. I know this is common, but what is the typical healing process look like? Should I expect I to get worse before it gets better? 2 Days Post tape removal the wound looks bigger, with more fibrin. At what point should the white be cleaned away?
