In my opinion, there is no problem with these activities, but check with your surgeon because he or she knows exactly what was done in the operating room, and what to be careful of. Best of luck to you!

You should be well healed and be able to do most physically demanding activities 10 weeks after surgery if you are having a routine course. Please get your surgeon's permission on different activites prior to travel and best of luck.
