I have my surgery next week. I am 5'9" and 115lbs. My chest measurement (not sure what it's called) is 10.5. I am a 30A. I told my surgeon that I want very natural looking but full breasts. He recommended a low profile, 175cc smooth silicone implant. He said that anything bigger would jut out at my sides and look unnatural. Is 175 enough to get me to a B cup? I am athletic and don't want anything intrusive but if I am spending $6000 I want to be happy.
