Can I get breasts implants if I have one mutation of C677T gene?

So I know most doctors will say breasts implants are safe for everyone under the sun. But This is a question for doctors who are familiar with the MTHFR gene. We all know breasts implants contain heavy metals like aluminum, platinum, arsenic etc. And implants do "bleed" Into the body. Now I have one mutation in the C677T gene which means detoxification of heavy metals is decreased. So my question is, honestly, would u say its a smart decision to get breasts implants after knowing this?
