I had a breast lift about 5 years ago they were empty all skin and I lost most of my breast tissue after 3 pregnancies and breast feeding . The last picture I attach will be before my breast lift. I was wanting to get another lift to make them more firm I don’t mind them small, they look weird. I also want a tummy tuck a local surgeon in town said I didn’t need muscle repair. I don’t want implants and all the complications that come with them.

You look to be exceptionally fit, but if you have an extra 5-10 pounds somewhere like your inner thighs, flanks, back, that fat could be liposuctioned and transferred to your breast giving you more fullness without having to add implants.
