Based on your photos, a less invasive procedure like a crescent lift or BodyTite treatment may not be sufficient.

The Body tite may help with some of the loose skin, but it will not lift your now sagging breasts back up into position. another lift would be best.

Body tight will not give you the extra volume that you need .
Fat grafting may be a good solution for you if you have some excess fat on your body
