I made another post about a second breast lift not sure if I would qualify for a less minimally invasive lift like a crescent lift or even body tight treatment. I had a breast lift 5years ago after 3 pregnancies I used to have full b beautiful breast. My lift helped tremendously but my breast are very deflated at the top and look weird. I just want them firmer but love them small and don't care about upper pole fullness I like natural and don't want the problems associated with implants.
Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Body tight on breasts Dear Sjose, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering procedure, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Body tight on breasts? Body tight will not give you the extra volume that you need . Fat grafting may be a good solution for you if you have some excess fat on your body

Answer: Breast lift Based on your photos, a less invasive procedure like a crescent lift or BodyTite treatment may not be sufficient. A crescent lift is a very minor type of breast lift that is usually recommended for women with only a small amount of breast sagging. It involves removing a crescent-shaped piece of skin above the nipple and repositioning the nipple slightly higher. However, if your breast tissue has significant sagging, a more extensive lift, such as a vertical or anchor lift, may be needed to achieve the results you desire. BodyTite is a minimally invasive radiofrequency-assisted liposuction (RFAL) technology that can help tighten loose skin and reduce fat in various areas of the body, including the breasts. However, it may not be sufficient for significant breast sagging or deflation. I would recommend consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast surgery. They can evaluate your individual concerns, discuss your goals and expectations, and recommend the best course of treatment for your needs. They can also provide you with a personalized treatment plan and explain the potential risks and benefits of each procedure. I hope this helps, best of luck !
