Is there any other way to correct asymmetrical flanks/love handles?

Liposuction would probably be the best solution to asymmetric flanks.  I do not believe hormonal influences would have contributed to the asymmetry but this can affect overall weight changes.

It is very common to have bruising and swelling for weeks to months after liposuction procedures. What is most important is that you follow your surgeons post operative instructions and continue compression. This could be related to the way your back is curved that can force one hip to look more prominent than the other. An exam in person is essential.

Sight unseen the most common reason would be scoliosis with hip asymmetry.Liposuction can make the situation better now as well as for the future.Hope this helps

Liposuction will be the best way to treat your asymmetry.  It is impossible to guarantee symmetry but it can certainly be improved. Should you regain weight you should still remain more symmetrical than pre-op. Good luck. Dr. B

Everyone is at least a little asymmetric.  Some of us are more than others.  Liposuction is a very good correction for the flanks as the skin there is typically very elastic.
