Is there any other way to correct asymmetrical flanks/love handles?

I've always had asymmetrical flanks where the left is bigger than the right. I'm not sure if there is any other way to correct this besides liposuction, but I'm also unsure if I have it done that any weight I would possibly gain in those areas would come back asymmetrically. I'm also wondering if it's a hormonal issue since different oral contraceptives and some have made my torso look slimmer with an hourglass shape, but since switching to an IUD, my flanks are larger again, especially the left
