The type of liposuction shouldn't matter as the person using the tool is always better than any tool on its own. Anyone discounting for areas or size of the person is really not doing liposculpting, they are doing bulk reduction of fat and that never gives the best results. You are describing a common liposuction combination: abdomen and love handles/flanks.  The cost will vary greatly depending on the Board Certification, experience, and location of the surgeon.  Also, be careful of practices that operate out of their "office OR" without anesthesia as many of these doctors are not properly Board Certified.
