Well, technically he's right, it's YOUR breasts that are asymmetric after the surgery, but the cause is still the surgeon. Patients start out with asymmetries all the time and it's our job to get it right. And when we don't, we need to address it, and if the patient consents, allow us to fix it. Don't worry, the fix is easy and would require trimming more skin and tissue from the larger and more ptotic breast. Overall, the surgeon did a nice job even though. However, the fact that he/she placed blame on you gives me a sour taste in my mouth. Dishonesty is the worst quality in a physician (in everyone?), and you should consider going to another.

450 cc implants weigh 1 lb each. If you had a breast lift then your breasts have drooped from the mechanical weight of the implants. Your breasts are wider than the chest wall which leads to mechanical instability. For more long term results, I recommend smaller implants and a revision of the breast lift.

You might want to downsize your implants as they are likely putting too much weight on the lower pole of your breasts. The right side appears to be displaced in the inferior and lateral orientation. A revision with a smaller implant and mesh, Galaflex or Durasorb, support is what I'd recommend.

It’s not unusual to need a revision for a lift with implants. The larger breast just needs to be tightened a bit. Your nipples are fine

If you were uneven before breast implants and both got the same size, you will still be uneven, but more noticeable since you have larger breasts. So, yes, you are uneven slightly, but many women are. If you are concerned, ask your surgeon to make the larger one a bit smaller. Otherwise, enjoy your new look. Others will not notice much difference, and men will just be happy to see the girls.

I will preface my response to your inquiry with the fact that a simultaneous breast augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift) is one of the most difficult procedures in plastic surgery. It brings the variables and risks of two separate operations to the table at one time. This may be evidenced in the fact that you lost your left nipple, which brings a whole new twist to the story and may be the reason that your breasts are now different sizes. We don't have the full information on the specifics of that "nipple loss," or the benefit of examining you to offer an accurate explanation or provide advice. You also have rather large implants, which carry their own issues in regard to tissue compression. Finally, we don't know when your surgery took place. This may all be part of the healing process. If you are unhappy with your surgeon's responses seek consultation with another American Board of Plastic Surgery board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Great few posted photos but no before surgery posted photos?? I suspect you have share and volume asymmetry. Now you need unilateral smaller implant with revision of lift. Fee $10,000. Best to virtual consult with….

Your breast augmentation looks quite good. From your picture it does not look like you’ve lost one of your nipples.
Most women have asymmetry of the breast. The majority of people.(men and women.) have a left breast that sits slightly higher on the chest wall than the right. Usually the difference is about half an inch. Some patients who have a breast augmentation can end up having implants that “bottom out” over time. This happens when there’s insufficient tissue supporting the weight of the implant, causing the skin on the lower part of the breast to stretch out, allowing the implant to slowly begin to sink to a lower position.
I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. If they are not available, then schedule a few in person, second opinion consultations. For second opinion consultations I always recommend patients come prepared, bringing with them a complete set of before and after pictures and a copy of your operative report. These should be available from your current providers office.
