5 years post-op - does anything look wrong with my implants? (Photos)

Question

I recently had this x-ray taken at the chiropractor and my implants look different from each other. My breasts look fairly proportionate on the outside but i had them done 5 years ago and plan to get a revision after i’m finished having children. Would love expert thoughts on these images.

The photos of the films are difficult to make out, but that's ok because a phenomenon known as parallax can distort things, including the apparent position of breast implants relative to other structures seen. The most important thing is how they look and whether they are ruptured. A simple physical exam can determine appropriate positioning of the implants. Surgeons expert in breast implant surgery have high resolution ultrasound to evaluate the integrity of breast implants.  Chiropractor's films are not to be used for breast implants.

I’m no radiologist but your left implant has what is called an air fluid level. Do you have saline implants? If so this may indicate a leakage and you shouid see your surgeon

I suggest you avoid the temptation of interpreting your own x-rays. Typically the provider who takes the x-rays should be capable of interpreting them in the medical field. This is usually done by a radiologist.
If your chiropractor claims knowledge and interpreting x-rays, and they should know where your breast are on your body.
I think what you’re looking at are not your implants but your diaphragm’s liver and gastric bubble.
