5 years post-op - does anything look wrong with my implants? (Photos)

I recently had this x-ray taken at the chiropractor and my implants look different from each other. My breasts look fairly proportionate on the outside but i had them done 5 years ago and plan to get a revision after i’m finished having children. Would love expert thoughts on these images.

You appear to have high or extra high profile implants over the muscle. Forget about implant volume. You need low or moderate profile implants of similar or slightly larger diameter placed under the muscle with mesh.

Your nipple-areola complexes are too low. A donut lift can lift them approximately 2 cm. Unfortunately, a lollipop lift leaves unattractive vertical scars. I would suggest you try the donut lift first. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

One breast is higher than the other. It is possible that you can revise the inframammary scar to make it more symmetrical. This can be done now as it has been long enough. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

If you are concerned that your implants may have ruptured then a dedicated breast MRI would be the best test to evaluate the integrity of your implants. The MRI could be ordered by your PRP or plastic surgeon.

The issues at hand cannot be determined by these photos. You will need to see a few experts in revision breast surgery. The good news is that almost always things can be made much better.
