Motiva Ergonomix 2 vs. Anatomical TrueFixation? What's the comparable to the Ergonomix implant?

Thank you for your questions. I cannot speak to the Motiva implants as they are not FDA approved in the US for general use. With any shaped implant, there is always a risk of rotation. If you wanted to achieve a more "teardrop" shape with a round implant, you would be best to choose a less cohesive silicone gel implant that settles more, concentrating more implant volume in the lower pole of the breast. This does come with an increased amount of rippling and loss of upper pole fullness. With any choice in surgery, there are pros and cons and you should discuss those with your plastic surgeon.

The idea with Motiva TrueFixation is that they are anchored to the chest wall so that they do not rotate.
Ask your surgeon how much experience they have working with these implants.
I find round implants, given very good results when the procedure is done correctly on patients who are good candidates.
Despite fixation, I suppose rotation, will always be a risk for these implants since yours did not stay in place.
