Can I get lipo without scarring? Is there another procedure that doesn't involve scars?

There will be small scars with liposuction in order to remove fat. Other treatments like Cool Sculpting are not surgery and do not leave external scars. If you are that concerned over small scars, then liposuction may not be for you.

Liposuction scars are about 5 mm or less.  Also, you should consider the number of scars made for an area.  One surgeon may use 3 for liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back and another may use 15.  In general, scarring is a product of genetics. Some people are good scar formers, and others are poor scar formers. The scar will fade over a year’s time.  
Silicone sheets, Mederma, and Biocorneum are reasonable and popular options. There is no one cream that is better than another. I recommend that the scar therapy begin after the scars have healed and there are no open areas, which usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.Liposuction does cause scar tissue, and this scar at the least makes a secondary liposuction more demanding physically.  If more liposuction is needed and the skin is of good enough quality, more liposuction can be done.
The less fat that is removed, the less the probability that contour deformities are created.  The uniform and smooth liposuction paradigm is difficult to teach, and many surgeons can never really achieve this level.
