I am almost 4 months post-op BBL. I have these very pronounced back rolls that I didn't have before surgery. I did have back fat and love handles. Iv used several fajas along with compression waist trainers. After taking it off in the morning from being on all night, the rolls go away but then come back after 5 mins. I cant stand them! Besides a BL (Back Lift) which i don't think i even need, what else can I do?
