Will lipo from my upper back help my waist to look smaller? (Photos)

I am wanting to get liposuction from several areas of my body - my upper back, upper arms and inner thighs. I'm wanting to get lipo on the above areas of my body because I want my back to be smaller and not so rounded, my upper arms to be slimmer to fit my frame and a slight gap in my inner thighs. My question is, will lipo from my upper back help my waist to look smaller and more hourglass or should I get lipo from my waist too for this look?
