Miscommunication and next thing I knew I had 6 shots of Kybella down my thigh not at knee. Not a fan of lipo, have had some really bad experiences. I have an outer thigh lift scar I can use to try & lift the skin, but what about craters? I knew as soon as it was done I was in trouble. Put it right where my banana roll had been grafted 4 times to layer after it was suctioned out by a surgeon. I have slowly over yrs fixed what he did to me. I have had a full body lift & grafting. We used Kybella to take a few high areas down around knee. I never wanted down leg. :(

Answer: Undesirable and inappropriate fat removal When looking to do restoration or correcting previous work one should start by making a proper assessment. This may seem obvious but when things don't go well often the primary problem was not clearly understood or addressed directly. In your case the diagnosis is an uneven fat distribution from an appropriate use of fat dissolving chemicals. The correct way to fix this would be to restore the fat. Fat transfer can help with this to some degree but usually requires multiple sessions and usually cannot restore completely. Your treatment was inappropriate, off label and did not show signs of insight or common sense. I doubt it was performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon. Sometimes not treating the primary problem can't be a solution. Like you mentioned a thigh may be helpful. Poorly performed fat removal is difficult enough to not possible to correct. It's someone a relevant if this was done through injecting chemicals or liposuction. It would be appropriate to make sure your provider is fully aware of how inappropriate this treatment was and consider sharing your experience with others so they can make better choices.
