A tip rhinoplasty is definitely feasible for many patients. This would not require work on the nasal bones or the bridge of the nose, but not all patients are good candidates. In many cases, reshaping one part of the nose will affect the appearance of the other parts of the nose and the surrounding facial structures. For this reason, a detailed exam and consultation to discuss the goals of surgery is always recommended.
Pricing will vary widely and will probably start in the $5-6,000 range and go up depending on the surgeon, but I recommend selecting a surgeon that you are comfortable with rather than shopping for a surgeon based on price.

It certainly is possible to perform a rhinoplasty with minor changes.  The key is to communicate your desires to your surgeon and have them demonstrate the changes via computer imaging so you can see how those changes will fit with the rest of your facial features.  The cost is highly variable depending on experience, market and what is being done exactly but somewhere in the $5K-$15K range is usual.

Of course it is possible to limit rhinoplasty to nasal tip or any other part of nose. However, in your case it is not a good idea. You have a broad base. Nasal tip surgery alone will break harmony of overall nasal shape. It will not look good.   

Hi and thanks for your question.  A good plastic surgeon will look at all parts of your nose and how it fits with the rest of your face.  While there are such things as a tip rhinoplasty which just addresses the tip, you have to make sure that the result will still look good.  Making the tip smaller will make everything else look bigger so you have to make sure you are being recommended the right operation.  Good luck!

Your best option is to schedule a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon who can take 2D and 3D photographs and morph them with you to show you what you can realistically expect from your surgery. Rhinoplasty just involving the tip is common and you might be a good candidate. The pictures don't show enough to give you a definite answer but it is a less complicated procedure than "full rhinoplasty" (which includes bone work too), typically has a lower risk of bruising and is less uncomfortable. While there are many variables that change the fees such as cartilage grafts and nostril revision, the most basic tip rhinoplasty would probably average 5500.00-6500.00 in Dallas. In this procedure there is typically a reduction in the cartilage and narrowing/repositioning of the tip using internal "shaping" sutures. There is wide variability in cost based on experience. This is an operation that should not just be "price shopped". Seek a plastic surgeon with a good deal of experience and look at many of his or her pictures to confirm competence and an artistic eye.
