A tip rhinoplasty is definitely feasible for many patients. This would not require work on the nasal bones or the bridge of the nose, but not all patients are good candidates. In many cases, reshaping one part of the nose will affect the appearance of the other parts of the nose and the surrounding facial structures. For this reason, a detailed exam and consultation to discuss the goals of surgery is always recommended.
Pricing will vary widely and will probably start in the $5-6,000 range and go up depending on the surgeon, but I recommend selecting a surgeon that you are comfortable with rather than shopping for a surgeon based on price.

Thank you for including your photographs. There are instances where patients only want subtle changes to the tip of the nose and that is certainly achievable. Your best option is to schedule a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon who can take 2D and 3D photographs and morph them with you to show you what you can realistically expect from your surgery. Costs vary significantly depending on geographic location and expected length of surgery.
