What happened to my eyes? Can one eye be corrected?

March 8, 2017

I had blepharoplasty done about 4 years ago. I have noticed in the past year and people have brought it to my attention that my eyes are different sizes now. They want to know if i have "sleepy eye". Why did this happen and can just one eye be corrected or do both need to be done?
