When i woke up I felt like my eyes looked slightly different from the previous day but not by a significant amount, and I had this weird sensation on the upper eyelid above the tail of my eye. Really worried I might have loosened the suture. What are some signs of a loosened suture? With these sutures are there two extremes ( crease present/gone) or can it be a spectrum eg. the eyelids dont fold up as deeply anymore but crease is still very much there?

Answer: Loosened sutures results in a spectrum or appearances
Because of your age you don' t have changes related to the diagnosis of aging face. Therefore you probably have the appearence of the genetic look of prior family members. If not, you may need to be seen by a physician who specializes in eyelid and brow pathology.
Better pictures with an over view of your face are needed for for further evaluation. Whether orbital rim implants and lateral canthopexies would be beneficial remains to be determined.
See an oculoplastic specialist for a face to face exam first. The anatomy must be examined, both when smiling and at rest, to determine the best treatment options to improve the symmetry.
