I just recently realized that my face is very asymmetrical.. And it's actually causing a lot of insecurity to build up. I want to know if there is a surgery or even filler that could be recommend... If not is there any way to feel more confident with an asymmetric face?
Answer: Asymmetry of the face I hope it's helpful but every normal person has asymmetry of their face. If you take any person, the left side of the face never perfectly matches the right side. That's normal. When trying to make the face more symmetrical we always consider simpler procedure like fillers or Botox before we consider implants or surgery.

Answer: Facial asymmetry No face in the world is completely symmetric, and you should not be worried about this, but if you do feel like you would like to improve the finding and lessen the asymmetry, you should seek advice form an ASPS member surgeon. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified. I've attached a link where you can start your search.

Answer: Facial Asymmetry There are a variety of surgical procedures that would be helpful to you for your facial asymmetry. Right jaw angle reduction or left jaw angle augmentation, right orbital floor augmentation and right eyebrow lift are the main three procedures to consider.

Answer: #EyelidSurgery #Eyebags - an asymmetrical face? Based on a quick look at the photo you provided, you do appear to have some asymmetry - but so do many people. The types of surgery you mention are significant in terms of scope and risk, and should not be undertaken without a thorough assessment at a craniofacial center. You can certainly choose to undergo that but my sense is that you will not have severe enough deformities and asymmetry (fortunately!) to warrant the surgery. If, however, what you have is progressive (ie clearly getting worse over time) and/or you have associated medical problems, then it's a different issue. For those reasons and others, I'd suggest that you meet with your internist to begin the discussion and, if indicated, proceed to specialists at that point. I hope that this helps and good luck. Answer: Asymetrical Face You are correct that you have mild asymmetries in your face but no more than the average person. Everyone's face is asymmetrical and that, in fact, is what makes each face interesting and attractive. The only thing I would recommend for you is the use of Botox or Dysport to correct your rather intense frowning. Other than that you have quite a well balanced face and you do not need surgery or Fillers at this time.
