I am 3 months post op from upper and lower bleph. Why has this indent developed in my inner eye corner? (Photo)

Difficult to tell if the problem is the indent or thickened scar next to it (such as canthal web scar). Need proper consultation to determine that. See following link for one such example.

Good morning!It is hard to say with the photo you have provided, but tissue atrophy after steroid injection could indeed be the culprit.  Also, a loose suture early in healing could also have caused this issue.I wold have a frank discussion with your PS about these issues and what can be done to fix it.I hope this helps
