57 y/o, regular exercise, eats right. Peak weight 145lbs decades ago. Maintenance weight 108 for last 20 years. Very saggy tush, flab around abdomen (when I do a plank excess skin and fat hang down) and somewhat sagging breasts. Tush bothers me the most. Do not want implants, just want firmer body with tush that is not sagging. What might be best procedure(s) to address these concerns (given this limited information) and in what order. Sorry, no photos. Thank you in advance of your replies!
Answer: Body lift Of course it is! If there is loose skin, which it sounds like there is after weight loss, you would probably be an excellent candidate.Good Luck!

Answer: Lower body lift belt lipectomy 360 circumferential lower body lift expert LBL tummy tuck massive weight loss expert Thank you for your question regarding whether a non-weight loss, slender patient can undergo a 360 circumferential lower body lift. The answer is “yes.” A patient who has not had massive weight loss and is slender can undergo a lower body lift. If you have sagging skin of the buttock, hips, or abdomen, you can undergo a lower body lift. The lower body lift will lift and eliminate excess skin of the buttocks, hips, and abdomen. Before any surgical procedures can be done, you must consult with your selected plastic surgeon. They will then order a battery of tests to ensure it is safe to undergo the procedure. Once you have obtained medical clearance, then you can undergo a successful lower body lift. I hope this answers your questions regarding whether a non-massive weight loss patient of a slender build can undergo a lower body lift. I specialize in reconstructive plastic surgery after weight loss. If you have any more questions regarding the lower body lift, 360 circumferential lower body lift, belt lipectomy, belt abdominoplasty, or belt dermolipectomy please contact my office. Since the body lift is a big procedure, please seek an experienced, board certified plastic surgeon with significant experience performing the lower body lift. Do your research. Make sure they have performed at least 100 circumferential lower body lift surgeries and have the before and after pictures to prove it. Carefully examine their before and after pictures and check their reviews on RealSelf. If you cannot find an experienced, lower body lift surgeon in your neighborhood, consider traveling out of state if you must. Sincerely, Dr. Katzen. Answer: Body lift for slender person Hello, Yes! As long as you excess skin of your circumferential trunk and are healthy you are a candidate. You are slender but did experience weight loss significant enough to cause many of the issues you are unhappy about. A LBL treats excess skin of the abdomen, hips and buttock and can further lift and contour the lateral thigh as well. While it will elevate the buttocks, without volume augmentation (fat or implants) just know it may further flatten your buttock projection. Best of Luck! Dr. Rednam

Answer: It Depends on What Your Lower Back Looks Like. Hello and thanks for your question!. The lower body lift can be considered a continuation of the tummy tuck all the way around your waist. This would be appropriate if you have loose skin to your flanks and lower back. To address your buttocks without implants, instead of discarding the excess skin, the excess tissue to the low back could be used to “auto-augment” your buttocks. A similar procedure can be used to augment the breasts in lieu of implants.
