I am currently a 34 DDD but I plan to lose 20 pounds and I expect to lose about a cup size as it is my original weight and body. I would like large implants to achieve a slender and busty look. I prefer my nipples not to be perfectly centered and only be lifted slightly. I know surgeons don’t prefer the benelli lift but would it help me even a little? Is a large implant + areola lift possible for me?

Hello. Thanks for posting your query. Looking at this pic it's difficult to tell whether it's capsular contracture or not. Best I would advice is to visit your surgeon and get examined. Based on examination it can be decided whether imaging will be required or not. Hope I have cleared your query...
Each surgeon has her/his own protocol for surgery. Many surgeons have multiple implants available for a variety of situations. In order for you to feel comfortable and confident as you prepare for surgery it is best to ask this question of your surgeon.
You may have a stitch abscess, very uncommon at this time, or a clogged pore that is becoming infected. Please see a doctor and get treatment. You don't want infection to spread to your implants.
