I noticed this bump about 10 days ago. The first picture is what it looked like around 10 days ago. I began messing with it and trying to pop it because I assumed it was a pimple and it got very irritated. It went away for like a day but then it returned. It hurts when my bra is against it or when I touch it. Any thoughts and/or advice?? I DO have implants, I've had them for about to be 3 years.

Implants are placed behind the breast, and may also be placed behind the muscle for better coverage and more upper breast fullness. Any other position is not natural and will not look good.
Hello there,
Fibroadenoma is harmless and can be left alone. Only if you have symptoms like pain in breast, then you need to remove them.
Same thought goes with fibroadenoma and implants. Only if they are painful, better to remove them. Else it will be difficult to know if any symptoms is...
Your upside down photo in clothes is not helpful. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being examined. Your tenderness may not be related to your implant but to your hormones.
