Breast have been so tender - Do my implants need to be replaced? (photos)

I Had breast augmentation in 2012 and have never had any issues with them. For the last couple of months, my breast have been so tender (it feels like it does right before you start your period kinda tender) I also noticed that my right nipple is all of a sudden much lower than my left one. What does this mean?
