I Had breast augmentation in 2012 and have never had any issues with them. For the last couple of months, my breast have been so tender (it feels like it does right before you start your period kinda tender) I also noticed that my right nipple is all of a sudden much lower than my left one. What does this mean?

Answer: Breast have been so tender - Do my implants need to be replaced? It sound like you may have capsular contracture on your left side. The best advice is to have an exam by a plastic surgeon to determine what is going on and what can be done to help.

Answer: Tender breasts I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an examination to determine what may be causing these changes. It potentially could be capsular contracture, but more information is needed.
