There are a number of possible reasons for your symptoms but to provide a diagnosis requires an in person evaluation. A follow up visit to your surgeons is suggested.

It sound like you may have capsular contracture on your left side. The best advice is to have an exam by a plastic surgeon to determine what is going on and what can be done to help.

I recommend you see a Plastic Surgeon to have your breasts assessed in person.

Your upside down photo in clothes is not helpful. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being examined. Your tenderness may not be related to your implant but to your hormones.

I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an examination to determine what may be causing these changes. It potentially could be capsular contracture, but more information is needed.

You should follow up with your plastic surgeon. If unavailable, seek out a consultation with another board certified plastic surgeon.
Any change in the look or feel of your breast implants warrants an evaluation.
