How do I make sure the top of breast implants are placed at or above the armpit level? Is there a term for this? (photos)

What needs to be done in order to ensure that the implant sits at the apex of the breast - at or slightly above armpit level? Most of the pictures I see have the top of the implant below armpit level, which I 100% do not want. How do I make sure the top of the implants are placed at or above the armpit level (like wearing a push up bra effect, without a push up bra there)? Is there a term for it that I can use when searching for a doctor that can give this result?
