I am 18 years old and flat chested. Why haven't my breast grown. It's really upsetting and lowers my self esteem. Please help?

Thank you for your question. I'm sorry to hear of your concerns. Breast development is a combination of hormonal influences and genetic predisposition. Unfortunately, not everyone develops breasts to their liking. However, this can be corrected with breast augmentation surgery.  Please have an in-person examination with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in cosmetic breast procedures. Your concern is a very common one of some 18 year olds. You are not abnormal, but a variant of normal like being tall or short. I would encourage seeking a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who can possibly address your concerns with breast implant surgery .
